As with all such military equipment you can often find these manuals in 
their original form at a well stocked Government Repository Library to find 
one look here .libraryspot.com/governmentlibraries.htm  The one over at the 
University of Wyoming has the tech manuals for such stuff as M4 Sherman 
Tanks, M5 White Scout cars, etc.
I see Fair Radio Sales has the manual: CV-116 FSK Converter repro 17.00.
