[R-390] not ballast tubes again!

Gary,

I have one good 3TF7 tube left.  It cost me $37 plus shipping.  I can't
afford
to purchase these tubes every couple of months just to listen to a R390A.  I
live
in an area where there's power failures weekly.  Although I finally wised up
and
plugged my R390A into a surge protector, I am not sure I have solved the
problem.
So I am using a 47 Ohm resistor instead of my last 3TF7 tube.  So far there
hasn't
been any problems.
