[R-390] Re: Panel meters

I've wondered about "retrofitting" a magic eye tube with the R390A.  I
bought a 1629 and plan to try it.  I realize it won't fit where the Carrier
Level meter is, but I was thinking about a "sit-on-top" box.  Not fancy and
maybe not all the practical, but it would have a cool factor.
