[R-390] Signal Generator Impedence Questions

Will a standard IEEE Cat5 #30 damp sheep improve
the signal isolation of should I use the procedure as
outlined in TO 31R2-2BA-H121? The Air Force method
is identical to the IEEE procedure but adds a Kielbasa
to section 12, step 2.
