No, probably not, but they'd be closer than that.

He didn't say it WAS NOS, he said it "appears" NOS. 
We gotta let him off on that one.

He doesn't seem to have a handle on E-pay search
procedures though, Keywords in the text aren't
searched by their engine, they mean nothing there.
