[R-390] Excessive backlash in BFO pitch control

Try loosening the bushings both at the IF deck and the front
panel to make sure there isn't any binding, then take a good look
at that coupling and make sure the setscrews are tightened and
there are no cracks in the body of the coupling. A crack or break
can cause the shaft to turn fine one way, but not so fine the
other.
