[R-390] What to do now

I can't recall if this is one of the gears built like this, but if it is the
kind with a collar brazed to the gear, sometimes this causes them to become
slightly convex.  I had this problem on a couple of split gears on my last
rebuild.  If they are not exactly flat, you can VERY GENTLY flatten them
(they are quite soft).  After doing this, these gears spun together quite
nicely.
