[R-390] Blown B+ Fuse - Cont'd

If it blows when the circuit is drawing significantly less than 125mA, then 
I'm guessing a bad set of fuses.

Do not be amazed, It can happen, and how are we suppose to test fuses. 

The 2404 should be noted as 
"no problem found" 
"likely one time power droop" 

Placing FM on paper work would not reflect a proper attitude.
