[R-390] R-390A test equipment

Had to relate this to a R-390 or R-390A somehow. Has anyone on the list
recapped an URM-25D?? Did you test any of the old caps to be able to
recommend which ones are most prone to fail?

I have an URM-25D to align my R-390A and its starting to act a little
strange after warming up. Did take the time to test the caps in the power
supply and they were fine. Although I did think it was strange the filter
caps were paper and not electrolytic.
