[R-390] Tags

Okay (looks like I dropped the trailing "8").

I wondered if the tags were interchangeable.  I know some of the R390A plates are shorter than others and wondered if these could be used on the panels that take the longer plates.

  Try this #  6543291418    Kind of interesting as these appear to be unused with no stampings. The R-390a plate is shorter than the R-390/URR, and they do not interchange though.
