[R-390] OT? Dimmer buzz, solution?

One Hundred Ten dollars!!  YIKES!!  I'm not gonna use the s****r word here 
but I'm tempted!

Smash it open and see what's inside. Go to Mouser looking for similar 
parts. Buy parts. Put together with a bit of heatshrink and be 
done.  Estimated cost: five bucks MAX.
