Here is a link I think you will find useful.  this outfit make slides for rack mounted equipment.  Having smashed my hands to many times
extracting Boatanchors from my racks I am going to install some nice slide rails.  Here is the link I hope it works.  If it doesn't work 
the name of the company is: Johnson Brother's, Metal forming. IBM uses their products for their server racks.
