[R-390] HSN Status -- and a poll

Meee tooo, Barry.  Only please make them available in Acrobat form on 
CD-ROM, like the ARRL does.  Online access requires you to be, well, 
on-line.

I can't stand the lack of electronic back issues for valuable 
publications like these.  Forces you to go scrabbling for back issues, 
which in most cases are only available printed on unobtainium, & then 
you have to index them.  This is my biggest (and likely only) gripe 
about ER (the guy must have PILES of back issues on paper).

If labor associated with .pdf conversion is the problem I can assist 
there.  Have scanner.  Have full-up copy of Acrobat.  Have some time.
