[R-390] HSN Status -- and a poll

Hi

We could probably fill up a dozen issues with articles about the 
virtues (or lack there of) of capacitor replacement. Maybe alternating 
"for" and "against" issues.

I think a subscription web site sounds like a fine idea. I also thing 
that a subscription archive of all the back issues is an *excelent* 
idea. Take payment online and away you go.
