[R-390] Raytheon PTO?

Hi
The main problem with "Raytheon" PTO's is that you next have to find
out who *really* made the poor thing.
The military went through a *lot* of PTO's. They set up Raytheon to
rebuild a bunch of them to keep the radios in service.
