[R-390] Ending The Moment Of Silence

It's nothing scary, just a flat bracket to base a
terminal strip on, to avoid gluing or drilling a hole
on the front panel.  I didn't see any real mount points
where there was also enough room for the strip + components.

I'm going to try to put it all into an HSN article.
