[R-390] Limiter

The other guys can straighten me out if I get off course here but my 
understanding is that it is a simple diode peak clipper implemented with 
tubes of course and the control just sets how deeply it cuts down into the 
waveform.  The problem with peak clippers is that they create distortion and 
that is what you are hearing.  Works pretty well with ignition noise and 
electric fence hash but that's about all.

Just my 2 cents worth...
