[R-390] Capacitor Replacers And Other Matters

After this dose of verbal abuse, I, for one wish Dallas farewell and 
suggest that we continue without him.  I can see why some hold him in 
contempt.  And, for the record, I have not replaced any of the 
capacitors in my R-390A.
