[R-390] Help locating surplus place?

I'm looking for a surplus place that was talked about
off and on here on the list. I don't remember if it was
ocean state or something that sounds similar, this
particular place had tons of things, older meters and
switches, etc.

I remember folks fussing about them getting orders
wrong and being rude with customers, but I can't
remember the darned name! It's somewhere in NY
or NJ I *think*. (heck, I'm not even sure where it
is, but it's up in that direction.) No, it's not Fair Radio.

I apologize for the vague description of the place.
