[R-390] Cleaning sub-chassis

I wouldn't recommend a water bath, no telling what water will do to materials when absorbed.  Just my personal preference.  I use Q tips and "simple Green" diluted, then "Big Bath" degreaser spray, also removes moisture.  You hear of people "bathing" or "dish washing" their old radios, but that's not my cup of tea.  73   JM
