[R-390] Garbled text

I receive my r-390 emails in digest form. For the past four days the text 
has been garbled and unreadable. I have to go directly to qth.net to read 
the email reflector. My other digests are ok. It happens on both Internet 
explorer and Netscape Navagator Mozilla to my MSN Hotmail. Below is a 
sampling of what I am  getting. Does this happen to anyone else? What has 
happened and how can I fix it? Thanks
