[R-390] AGC Cap

Is that AGC Cap an metal encased OIL BATHTUB with mflange mtg holes on each
side? Or, is it a plain axial lead type? I know I have many here in the
inventory. What was the Part Number?
I concur, that using an electrolytic is not a good solution.
