Evidently this is a very delicate process.  If you get the tubes too cold,
i.e.,
absolute zero, all atomic motion will cease and there will be no electron
flow.  However, I suppose that would mean absence of all distortion.  Does
that also mean you could apply infinite power to the tube?

It's true is does improve every parameter but only if you freeze the tube in
