The receiver be approached with caution.
Unless you want only a parts receiver and need parts this is your best 
bet.
The meters look ok but the rest is a bust.
Looks to me all modules are replaced with bad ones.
The Pto is missing the label and could almost be anything until you 
take it out and look at it.
The fact that is it missing almost all tubes and Y 201 tells me that 
this is only a parts receiver and it would be a labor of love to restore it.
IF that is what your intentions are then go for it.
I personally want the meters and I may bid on it but not likely at the price   
I see that it is at right now.
Shipping alone will be at least 50.00 dollars so one must consider that on top ot the price.
One thing to remember these receiver are only loved by a very small group of folks out there and the other group that wants them are only after the resale value and could care less about the receiver.
I know I am just rambling but if you want it go for it that is what it is there for.
Good luck who ever gets it and restores it.
