[R-390] 26Z5W Failure

Hi gang-- I leave my R-390A on 24-7-365.  Yesterday, I lost all output.  A 
quick check revealed both 26Z5W tubes didn't light.  I replaced both tubes 
and was back in business, but I'm wondering if it is common for BOTH tubes 
to go out at once.  Your experience?  Sure, we can go silicon, but here I'm 
interested in how the original design worked... BTW, I guess I need a pair 
of tung sols; those of you with 100 plus may want to part with some?
