[R-390] Red Dot - Second try a charm (Maybe)

I was faced with the same problem on my 390A. No marks. A friend
told me that it is something that hardly anyone messes with. There just
is no reason to. So the knob set screw detent on the shaft is all I
needed to align the knob.

I felt I needed to check this so I used my capacitance meter to find the
minimum. He was right. The detent indicated the correct alignment. I
won't doubt him next time!

knob mounting is questionable. There shoudl be two peaks in signal on
the antenna trimmer. Find the mid position between the two peaks. This
will be either full mesh or zero mesh. Move the knob 90 degrees from
this position.
