[R-390] Red Dot - Second try a charm (Maybe)

Find a band and antenna length where ANT TRIM peaks in two places.
Set it midway between them, and reset the knob on the shaft to
be horizontal.  That's it.

It's a plain old semicircular straight-line-capacitance unit.
Doesn't matter whether +4 is closed or open,
you'll get all possible capacitances either way.

By the way, has anybody noticed that the Y2K front-page
line drawing got it wrong?  It says 0 to 8 instead
of -4 to +4.  Worse, it goes more than 180 degrees.
I can't believe I didn't see this before.
