Shhhhhh. If they find out they will start taking away REAL radios such as
the IC-706 and the handhelds. With licensing becoming easier, any
run-of-the-mill terrorist can get on the air now. Will they next take away
internet, cell phones and Blackberries? No, after all it's easier to police
those services.
