[R-390] Troubleshooting "unrepairable" radios

Joe,

With all due respect, I believe you should start all
trouble shooting jobs with the "REALLY obvious".  More
times than I can count I have followed up some very
good techs only to find that they have missed a very
important step or symptom.  Sometimes this can be
perceived as an insult to their ability, because they
KNOW they have checked/followed everything.  Don't
assume anything, cause you know what that makes u and
me.
