Guys:

After mature reconsideration, I think that you are all
correct in not including a treatise in high voltage
safety in the Supplement. A bold-faced large-font
disclaimer is sufficient for our purposes.

There are already many salient safety issues addressed
re 3-wire pwr cords and AC pwr filters under "pwr
suppy" in "Pearls" for whomsoever trolls thru that
section for inclusion in the Supplement.
