[R-390] Web Page Lay Out

For those on dialup, I believe you can keep pictures from downloading
simply by setting IE Tools/Options/Advanced to not show the pictures.
You can also turn off sounds, animations, and video as well. I
believe that turning these off also keeps them from being sent as you
call up the web page.
