I did think about that, such was left out on purpose. 
I thought that the new owner should have training or
experience already in that area and that it wasn't the
purpose of this manual to train in that area.  And I
didn't want the liability of it either.  So I focussed
on the radio and kept it closer to the subject at
hand.
