[R-390] F103/R390a

I can't see how the electrolytic filter caps C603 and C606
could do it; they're upstream of F103.  I'd plug in each module
in turn as Joe suggests below, with a milliammeter in place of F103.
Due to the charge in the electrolytics, you'd better fuse the meter
even though F102 is above it.

F103's output goes to the RF, IF, Crystal, and VFO modules.
If one makes the meter peg, you've narrowed it down.  In fact,
if it pegs without any modules, then you've narrowed it down to
the harness, S101, or S102.
