[R-390] Low Audio

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions so far.

For clarification, the WD-40 was just used on a rag to clean the chassis,
not sprayed on parts, etc.

One other symptom is that the line meter no longer has any indication and
the line gain pot no longer has any effect on the audio level. 
(Previously, turning it up would increase the audio level slightly.)  I
did clean that pot, so maybe that's the bad one?

I will let everyone know how it turns out.
