[R-390] The Y2K Maintenance Addendum (was: Christmas Wish List)

Hi Roy & gang ...

I second the nomination!

Not sure though about what's fit for the addendum vs. incorporated within,
but it's a practical approach to alow things to move forward and avoid too
many versions.

The Hollow State Newsletter web site has plenty of room and unlimited
bandwidth. I offer that as a collection point for works in progress and
completed modules. There they can be looked over and recommendations for
additional material and edits could be communicated to Roy and/or others
developing contributions. When the dust settles on a piece -- i.e. no more
comments coming in, it could be "finalized".

To avoid confusion, duplication of effort, etc., changes should be routed
through the original author/compiler.

This is not to displace Al Tirevold's site which should remain central.
However, I suspect Al has been very busy and travels quite a bit. So, we
can do this for the time being -- and the HSN website is also appropriate as
an expansion site long term.

Make sense?

Barry
