[R-390] "Civilian" EAC R-390A Seen FA

I've been watching that auction, but noted that there is no confirmation that 
the rest of the radio   matches the nametag, and there is no statement that 
the radio works at this time.   So you're paying top dollar for the nameplate 
and the possibility that the radio is authentic and in good condition.   I 
decided to pass, although I may regret it someday.   The other one represented as 
"mint" is over $1K and rising, so I guess my Amelco is worth that, but still 
nowhere near what I paid for it in inflation-adjusted dollars (sigh).
