[R-390] Unusual Facility in UK

 My father was an HF DFer for the army for many years.I remember
him telling me of such arrays. He would travel to remote sites all over 
the world and help organize the installation of them. They also used
specially modified R391's that could be tuned from remote transmitters
so the site could be unmanned.
