Joe,

Good method.  Do you have a source for relay plugs and covers?  I found some
ideal-looking candidates at <http://www.keyelco.com/pdfs/p102.pdf> but I
can't find anyone who stocks them for online retail sales.

Nah,

The simplest way is to solder the new caps to an octal
relay base and plug them in!  The cover is optional.
