[R-390] Engraved R-390 panels

Actually, the majority of the 10 or 12 that have passed through my hands  
have been engraved. For a long time I thought there weren't any silk screened  
ones!
 
I have seen both Collins and Motorola's with engraved panels, although we  
all know about tag switching. I have tried to pin down the silk screened ones to 
 a particular contract, but unsuccessful so far. I would welcome any help 
from  people with experience in this area!
