[R-390] Yet another Black Panel '390A on the 'bay

Hi

About the only thing I would comment on in the verbage is the part 
about the solid state replacements for the 26Z5's. One KV is a bit 
lower in the PIV department than the "official" diodes you are supposed 
to use. These days putting a couple of 1N4007's in series to get up to 
2KV is still a sub 50 cent option.
