[R-390] Restoration Candidates or Organ Donors

Beware on the R-390 (non-A) - it has a cosmos from an R-390A hacked into
the wiring - hard to tell how much of a mess was made.  Otherwise looks
fairly complete, but clearly needs restoration.  I'd say a reasonably nice
candidate, since the VFO and relay are fairly obtainable.
