Well, yes. But what frequency do you want to read? If it's the freq 
that the radio is tuned to, I don't remember anyplace with an osc that
puts out _that_ freq. You'll find frequencies that are _related_ to
it, but not in any way that'd be obvious just from taking a freq 
reading at one point.
