[R-390] Front Panel Restoration

Use a latex craft paint.  Use a fine brush to get the paint in the letters.
Wipe off excess with a damp paper towel/sponge using very light pressure.
There is no need to coat over this.  It will last the life of the panel.
Try it on one letter.  It is very easy.  Paint sticks are a lot harder to
use and
to clean off the excess.
