[R-390] Solid State replacement

Hi again,

On Chuck Rippel's web page, he has a Solid State Replacement 
modification for the Ballast Tube, introduction printed.  He 
says anyone interested in purchasing this unit should email 
him which I did and my email was bounced back.  Anyone know 
if this unit is still available, and if not, is there a 
simular modification around that I can get my hands on?
