[R-390] The infamous or notorious Ballast Tube

What's all this about infamous and notorious? These are euphemisms.

Obviously, the ballast tube is immoral. It cannot be born again.
It has nothing to say to the unborn fetus, and it does not have
an opinion about gay marriage.

The will of the people has been made manifest. Let us have no more
talk about immoral ballast tubes.
