[R-390] R390A 200 KHz Calibration Crystal

Is the 200 KHz calibration crystal series or parallel resonant?  If parallel, what is the capacitance?  Mine won't oscillate,
so I'm trying to find a replacement.  Also, what was the purpose of reducing the 2400 pf caps in the two 05 - 1.0 MHz cans to
1500 pf?
