If you are talking about SSB tuning, this sounds normal. The Operators
Manual shows how to set the BFO depending on the filter selected, and either
USB or LSB. In a nutshell, you set the BFO half the filter width. For
example, you use -2 on the BFO for the 4 kHz filter.
