[R-390] OT: New email reflector for EK-07

Hello boatanchor lovers.
In the past, we have seen some discussion of the Rohde&Schwartz EK-07 on
this list. There seemed to be enough interest to warrent its own email
reflector. I opened a new interest group/email reflector on yahoo
specifically for the EK-07. There is not much traffic yet. To see the
messages posted and to subscribe just go here:

Messages may be posted in English, French or German. When non-English posts
go by, I may subsequently post a translation.
