[R-390] Why Digest mode??

A recent server crash and upgrade resulted 
in a few corrupted passwords.  Some are able
to set digest mode, others not.  Only about
10% of us use digest mode.

I asked those who could not set digest mode
to tell me at mailto:w5or at comcast.net.  

Often the request gets posted to the list rather 
than to me.  

So, don't panic.  <grin>
