[R-390] Digest Mode

If you want to change mode to digest, do the following:

Surf to
http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/r-390

At the end of the page you will see a button with the text "Unsubscribe
or edit options" Click on it.

Fill in your e-mail address in the field "E-mail address" and press the
button at the end of the page named "remind". This will send you the
password you need to be able to change options. (You can also look in
the mail with the subject "Welcome to the R-390 mailing list" sent
earlier this week, the new password is there.)

When you receive the password, fill it in and press the button "log in"

You will now be transfered to the configuration page.

At the end of the page you see a number of gray fields, the second of
these "Set digest mode" is the one we are looking for. Click the ON
"button" to the right on that row.

At the end of the page, press "Submit My Changes".

You will now get this mailing list in digest mode.
